The Barrel Yards Development Project
The Barrel Yards project upon completion will contain six large multi-unit residential apartment buildings, the Delta Waterloo hotel, a long-term care residence and an office tower complex all ideally located in Uptown Waterloo across from Silver Lake Park. This large interconnected development includes over 1,300 apartments, live-work suites, a park and an underground parking garage with 2,400 spaces, a challenging multi-phased project.
